The breakfast was good, offering a variety of food choices. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient due to its proximity to the train station and bus stops, which made it easy to travel around.
The room was smaller than expected and did not have a view. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed cleaning.

This hotel is conveniently located in the outskirts of Hokkaido, just a short walk away from a train station. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and provided toiletries. the staff are friendly and efficient, making check-in and -out a breeze. Breakfast is included and offers a selection of American and Japanese dishes. the hotel features a rooftop dining room, gym, and pool.
Some communication with staff may be a challenge due to their limited proficiency in English.

The hotel was located close to the train station and had convenient stores nearby. the room was spacious enough and included a buffet breakfast with a decent variety of food. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the walls in the room seemed to be quite thin, and I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms.

The view was magnificent. Tasty complimentary bread. Admirable staff with a great cause. Spacious and clean room. Superb location for catching the ferry. Highly recommend the top floor bar.
